Award: INR 20,000 every annum (one time- fixed)

All the students who have enrolled in Science stream in class 11 or 3rd Year in any Engineering subject are eligible to apply for this program. Their family income should be less than 3 Lakh per annum.

2. Santoor Women’s Scholarship

Aim: Wipro Consumer Care offers the Santoor Women’s Scholarship to provide financial assistance of INR 24,000 every year to girl students who have successfully passed class 12 and has the ai9m to pursue higher education in the arena of humanities, Sciences, and Liberal Arts. This scholarship is offered to 900 girls of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. This is a scholarship for girl students after 12th. 

Award: INR 24,000

Eligibility: This scholarship can be availed by the female students of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana who have passed their 12 from a government school.

3. Lady Meherbai D Tata Education Scholarship

Aim: This scholarship for girls offers funds to graduate Indian females who have secured or have applied into a reputed educational institute of the US, the UK, or Europe in the following areas  to carry forward their higher studies. 

Social Work, Social Sciences, Education, Education & Welfare of Children with Special Needs, Gender Studies – Violence against Women and Children including Domestic Violence, Education & Welfare of Children with Special Needs, Child Health – Development and Nutrition, Public Health – Community Health Services & Reproductive Health, Rural Development Work, Needs of Adolescents – Urban & Rural, Communication for Development, Health Policy and Health Education – Mental Health (with a focus on women and children), Development Studies, Research and Study of Social Norms in Communities.

Eligibility: Female students who have fulfilled their graduations and have shown consistent academic records and have applied for higher studies in reputed institutions in the US and the UK are eligible for this scholarship. 

4. Adobe Research Women-in-Technology Scholarship

Aim: This is a scholarship for girls that offers female students a one time amount of USD 10,000 who have enrolled themselves in any undergraduate or master’s course in the arena of Computer Science and related fields. 

Rewards: USD 10,000, an Adobe research mentor, one-year membership of the Creative Cloud, and a chance to interview for an internship at Adobe. 

Eligibility: Full time master’s or undergraduate students in the present academic year. They must have majors in computer science and related fields in technology. Should have a great academic background and have knowledge on Adobe.

5. Tata Housing Scholarships for Meritorious Girl Students

Aim: This is a scholarship for the girl child on merit basis which offers financial assistance of up to INR 60,000 to meritorious girls who come from economically weaker class. 

Award: Expenses for admission, library, tuition, purchase of books, examination, etc. The total reimbursement amount is INR 60,000. 

Eligibility: Girls studying in 2nd year of Architecture or Civil Engineering in any 4 years degree course such as B.E or B.Tech. or B.Arch. or 1st year of MBA course in Construction Project Management (CPM) from an affiliated institution in India, must have attained 50% marks in 1st year Engineering course in case of B.E or B.Tech. or B.Arch. students, 50% marks in qualifying degree exam for MBA students and the annual family income should be less than INR 3 Lakh.
