The OnePlus 10 Pro has revealed its release date. This smartphone will officially release on January 4 in China. This was revealed by a company teaser on the Oppo Mall China website. The entity chief had earlier unraveled the phone’s launch in the next month, but as of now, there are still no details about the regular OnePlus 10.
The company is yet to share the global launch of this latest smartphone, even though it may debut in March or April. Earlier in 2021, the OnePlus 9 series was launched in India. The new generation OnePlus 10 Pros will likely have the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset of Qualcomm.
This company also revealed that this latest smartphone would feature an LTPO 2.0 display offering a smoother viewing experience. Low-temperature polycrystalline oxide or LTPO mainly allows variable refresh rates that are based on the content. It can also preserve the battery life. On the contrary, the phone is a part of the rumor mill and it leaks for a while. It is noted to feature a 6.7 inch curved AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. This is the same as the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro’s processors. In the OnePlus 10 Pro vs OnePlus 9 Pro this is one similarity. The users might also receive a hole punch cutout for the single selfie camera. Let us quickly have a look at the OnePlus 10 Pro full specification.
Let us quickly have a look at the latest specification that this phone is offering.
A new release asserts that the OnePlus 10 Pro will offer a 32 MP front-facing camera in a left-aligned hole-punch cutout. In the case of the rear cameras, as per sources, the phone will have a 50MP ultrawide, 48MP main, and 8MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom.
A recent source has asserted the OnePlus 10 Pro will arrive with 125W charging, close to doubling the 65W charging the present OnePlus phones have.
That would give a boost on speeds of charging, but not in real half the charging time. That is because as wattage rises so does electrical resistance, so there arrives a point where there is arguably reducing returns.
Nonetheless, increased speeds of charging are to be expected from the OnePlus 10 extent. We will just have to wait and witness if they make a tangible real-world upgrade.
The OnePlus 10 Pro 5G is ready to receive the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, which was before thought to be called the Snapdragon 898. Pete Lau, the co-founder of OnePlus said that the latest chipset of Qualcomm will feature in the “next-generation” of OnePlus devices, which is very much an indication of the OnePlus 10 and the OnePlus 10 Pro.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 guarantees a chip that is 20 percent faster and 30 percent more power effective than the Snapdragon 888 that is found inside the OnePlus 9. Enhancements to AI and gaming performance are also expected.
As for memory, that is expected to come in 12GB and 8GB variants. And storage is likely to arrive at 256GB and 128GB options.
Recently, in China, the release of the OnePlus 10 Pro was announced. This latest smartphone from OnePlus is expected to arrive with an array of new features and the latest processors. The OnePlus 10 Pro release date has been scheduled for 4 January 2021 in China even though its global release date has not been announced yet.
